Domaine Tempier

Chapter II : The broaching of the barrels

Friends and customers would be invited to the cellar for the broaching of a barrel that was ready for bottling. A 'godfather' and 'godmother' would be present for the blessing of the barrel by Father Deschamps, the chaplain of the Ordre des Chevaliers de Méduse wine brotherhood.
